listed below. We suggest you review before ordering.
Payment:
We accept MasterCard, Visa, and American Express through our
shopping cart or by phone. Your credit card will be charged for
items shipped and freight costs (if any apply) the day your
order ships. You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your
order has been placed. You will receive another confirmation of
shipment by e-mail the day your item(s) ship. Please make sure
your e-mail program is set up to receive (not block out) e-mails
from orders@bovano.com. Credit card charges may be posted to
your credit card company as either Bovano or Max Howard Designs
depending on which product you purchase.
Shipping:
WE CURRENTLY OFFER FREE SHIPPING ON MOST* ORDERS SHIPPED
STANDARD GROUND (lower 48)
Many in-stock items ship in 2 business days or less. Out of
stock, made to order, or custom items may take up to 3 weeks in
most cases. If you order several items, your order will ship
complete at the same time. Contact bovano.com if you would like
to ship all available and ship backordered items in a second
shipment when completed. Free shipping may not apply to
backordered items.
We ship using FedEx to the Centennial US. Orders to Alaska,
Hawaii and Canada will be shipped using the United States Postal
Service (USPS). All orders are shipped FOB (freight on board)
from Cheshire, CT 06410. No coupons or codes necessary at time
of checkout for free shipping. Expedited services may ship with
another carrier of our choice and may be changed without notice
before shipping. Expedited shipping (Overnight, 2 Day, 3 Day,
etc) refunds will not be given for shipments not received in
time. We cannot control the package once it leaves our location.
*Some items may not qualify for free shipping due to their size
and weight. Please see item description or contact us for more
information.

Bovano.com can ship to any country! We can quote a rough cost to
ship your order. Actual cost will be charged at time of
shipment. International buyers pay all import taxes, duties and
all other fees associated with their order. Additional costs may
be associated with some exporting depending on the country you
are buying from. Please contact us for more information.
Bovano.com retains the right to ship with the carries of their
choice and can be changed without notice.
Sales Tax:
Bovano.com ships all orders from our location in Cheshire, CT.
All orders shipped to an address in the state of Connecticut
(even if ordered from customer living in another state) will
have 6% sales tax applied to them.
30 Day Satisfaction Guaranteed:
If for any reason you are unhappy with your new Bovano,
Max Howard, Winifred Cole, or Irish Tinner sculpture just let us
know! You may exchange or return the item(s) within thirty (30)
days of order receipt. Just contact us for a return
authorization. Keep all the original packing materials for
return.
Returns/Exchanges:
Original and any return shipping costs are non
refundable on returned and exchanged items. Call tag and return
shipping service can be arranged through bovano.com for a $25
fee (includes call tag fee and shipping costs on most standard
items, additional costs may be added for larger items). Items
can also be shipped by customer themselves for no additional
charges. Refund will not be credited until item(s) have been
returned and received to Bovano.com in the same condition they
were sent. Any repair costs on returned/ exchanged items are the
responsibility of the customer at a minimum of $40 per damaged
item returned. Please note that any special order or customized
items are non returnable. C.O.D. returns and exchanges will not
be accepted.
Damages:
All damages in shipment must be reported to Bovano.com
within five (5) business days of package delivery. Please be
sure to keep all original packaging material. Bovano.com will
replace or repair any items that have been received damaged at
no cost to you after the claim with the shipping carrier has
been completed.
Repairs:
Bovano has been producing Glass Enameled Sculptures for
over 55 years. We can repair your new and many older enamel
sculptures produced by Bovano. Just contact us for a Repair
Authorization before sending anything to us. A minimum repair
charge of $40 is applied to any piece of any size. A bovano.com
representative will contact you with a quote for any additional
cost your repair will incur before moving forward with any
repairs. Return shipping costs will be applied to repaired items
FOB. Cheshire, CT. If you decide not to proceed with a repair,
your item can be shipped back to you at your expense.
Price Changes:
Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the
right to correct pricing errors.
Custom ‘Unique’ Bovano:
Because you are ordering direct from the manufacturer, we are
able to customize your sculpture to fit your personal or design
needs. Please contact us with custom requests. Free shipping
does not apply to all custom sculptures. A deposit may be
required for custom work. If a deposit is required, the balance
and shipping costs will be charged the day your unique Bovano
sculpture ships. Custom orders cannot be canceled once the
deposit has been received. Changes to an approved custom
sculpture may incur additional changes.
Security:
Bovano.com is a 100% secure site. We respect your financial and
personal privacy. Any information you give us will only be used
by Bovano.com to process your order. No information will be
